Olivia joined the Royal School Manchester Governing Body in October 2015, having worked at the Trust as an LSA since September 2014.

Olivia has an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and has previously worked with children from the age 0-5 years old, including as a nursery nurse and a teaching assistant.

Whilst working in a mainstream, Olivia had the opportunity of supporting a small group of children with communication difficulties. This was of particular interest to her and lead her to Seashell Trust where she finds so many rewarding moments working in the school, but in particular loves watching the individual’s confidence and independence develop due to the dedication and commitment from the staff.
