Hi, my name is Hannah Swindells and I am one of the Family Link Workers at Seashell Trust. I work across site with Royal School Manchester, Royal College Manchester and our Children and Young People’s Care provision.

From the initial assessment and admission through to leaving school or college I am here to provide support, information and advice to families and carers who have children and young people attending Seashell Trust. I am available for support during progress reviews, external meetings or home visits – if I can help in any way please do get in touch.

There are a range of formal and informal opportunities for parental involvement such as family events and parent/carer workshops where Trust staff and external guest speakers provide information and training.
