Here is just a selection of the amazing Christmas cards created by pupils at our Royal School Manchester.  Each one is as unique as the child who designed it!

Art is a big part of learning at Seashell Trust. For children who may have difficulties communicating by speech, it can offer a great way to express themselves. In creating these special cards, our pupils let their imaginations run wild, made decisions and developed their confidence and creativity.

Artist in Residence, Lauren Mullarkey explains: “Lots of the art we do here is exploratory and process-led, so often there is no obvious or tangible outcome. But these cards we send to families are a wonderful record of our students’ achievements and a way to share these with loved ones at Christmas.”

Our pupils were justifiably proud of their Christmas cards which have gone home to families of children and young people at Seashell Trust, as a Christmas gift. They will also be on sale at our Christmas Fair at Royal School Manchester, with all proceeds going to our charity.
