We have finally unveiled the mystery stars of our second annual fundraising ballroom dance-off Strictly Seashell.

The big names from the North West’s corporate and social scene were revealed at a glitzy launch night held at society jewellers Boodles in Manchester city centre

With all tables already sold out and training well under way, the nine leaders willing to put their reputations on the line this year have officially been named as:

Joe Morris, Operations Director, Home Bargains

The dancers will undergo a gruelling ten weeks’ training ready to compete on the night for the coveted Seashell glitterball trophy. The dancers are training with Ray Bulpitt’s Dancewiz in Wilmslow and Cadman’s Dance Centre in Sale. This year’s event aims to raise at £100k for our students.

Seashell Trust's chief executive Jolanta McCall said: “We’re delighted to have such great people involved in Strictly Seashell this year. The money raised for our charity will be put towards giving children and young people in our care a safe and happy environment to achieve their potential within the community and we’re looking forward to what promises to be a fabulous event.”
