Developed as a guide for parents and carers of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who already have an EHC plan in place for their child.

Topics include:

- What should an education, health and care plan look like

- What information should it contain

- What to do if you're not happy with the plan

- Using the annual review

- Requesting re-assessment

- Appealing to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal
