Our practical training is ideal for those looking to improve their communication with children and young people with disabilities. No prior knowledge is necessary.

The three day course will focus on signing using British Sign Language (BSL) as part of a total communication system including speech, body language, facial expression and tone of voice. We will look at what communication is, why we use it and how communication affects people with disabilities.

Participants will learn a range of useful signs for everyday life.

Price: £100

Classes are three consecutive Mondays or Tuesdays, 9.30am to 3.30pm. Please select from the following:

• Tuesday 28th January, 4th February and 11th February 10th
• Monday 2nd, 9th and 16th March
• Tuesday 3rd, 10th and 17th March
