Sport For All Day

The Wythenshawe Games is one of the largest sporting participation events in Greater Manchester and the Sport For All day offers a great opportunity for disabled people, their siblings, parents and carers to come along for free and try out a range of different inclusive sports.
This year we have got some fantastic sports available for people to come along to try, including activities organised by Manchester United, Lancashire Cricket Club, Sale Sharks and Manchester County FA. There will also be many local sports organisations providing activities for disabled people who come along such as the Wythenshawe Wheelers (cycling), Strictly Wheels dance group, Newall Green Gymnastics, fencing, boccia golf and tennis.
The day will take place on Friday 24th July between 11am - 4pm in Wythenshawe Park, and with so many fantastic activities taking place we are hoping to encourage as many people as possible to come along to this free event. The day is suitable for all disabled and non disabled participants and accessible toilets are available on site.
Please note that this event has been organised by the Wythenshawe Games. If you have any questions, please contact the event organisers directly.
