The award, sponsored by Eclectic Hotels, rewards personal assistants who have 'gone the extra mile, outside of their duties, to make a difference in their job'.
Hayley said: “I joined the team at Seashell for in June 2012 and I’m incredibly passionate about the work the Trust does which makes the job much more enjoyable. I was really pleased when I heard Mark had nominated me for the Above and Beyond Award and am thrilled to have been shortlisted.”
Mark Geraghty said: “I’m so pleased Hayley has been shortlisted for the award, it is extremely well deserved. ‘Above and Beyond’ describes Hayley entirely. She is ferocious in her appetite to take on additional tasks as well as wholly believing in what she does.
“As well as dedicated PA support to me, Hayley supports the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team and leads the administrative function across the trust so understands the pivotal role she plays in the functioning of the wider organisation. She is proud of being a PA and takes her role very seriously, whilst maintaining a sense of fun.”
The winners will be revealed at a gala dinner at the Palace Hotel on Thursday, October 27.
