Michael leads the Specialist Teams for Barclays Business Banking across the UK. He is responsible for the teams with a focus on internationally trading clients, Property clients, the Business Development Managers as well as the High Growth & Entrepreneur segment. Additionally he is accountable for a number of national growth iniatives for Business Banking.

Michael is based out of the Manchester office, and has over 25 years of experience in banking, relationship management and leadership roles and holds a degree in Management and Engineering as well as an MBA.

Michael has historically been on the regional boards for the CBI in the North West and the North East as well as the Princes Trust in the North West. He presently supports the Seashell Trust as well as the Manchester Growth Company. He is married with two children, and lives in Cheshire.
