Jim is a corporate lawyer and Head of Corporate at Beyond Corporate Limited, part of the Beyond Group. His team advises business-owners and businesses across a range of specialist areas, with a focus on transactional work, and additionally he is responsible for the wider growth of the BCL business in conjunction with its other teams. The Beyond Group has been, and continues to be, a keen supporter of Seashell.

Jane is a graduate of the University of Manchester where she studied Maths between 1993 and 1996. Immediately following university, she joined Arthur Andersen, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 and transferring to Deloitte when the firms merged in 2003. Jane became a partner in 2007 at the age of 31.

Ged entered the family business, Morson International, in 1986 following completion of his university education in business studies and a period gaining experience within a technical recruitment organisation in Canada, and progressed to the role of CEO in 2005.
