F&G Commercials have drive to win at Seashell Trust golf day

Generous golfers clubbed together to raise over £12,000 for Seashell Trust.

The 28 teams dodged the showers to tee off in our annual golf day at Wilmslow Golf Club.

Two of truck dealer F&G Commercials' four teams took first and second with RBS taking third place honours.

Sponsored by Mace, JW Lees, Honeywell, Beever & Struthers and Henri Lloyd, the event raised £12,800.

Jo Barber, fundraiser with Seashell Trust, said: “Golfers are a generous group of people and we are thrilled they raised this much money in our 23rd year of our annual golf day. F&G Commercials look like the teams to beat next year!”

Next year's golf day will be held on Thursday, September 6.
