Ten Easy Ways To Support Seashell This Christmas

If you'd like to support Seashell this Christmas, but you're not sure how, here are some ideas!

1. Do your Christmas and Black Friday Shopping through Amazon Smile or Easy Fundraising. It doesn’t cost you a penny but really helps us!

2. Treat the family to a really special chocolate experience and help us set an official Guinness World Record by joining the Seashell Chocolate World Record Challenge.

3. Help our children and young people as well as the environment by sending virtual Christmas Cards and make a donation to Seashell in lieu. Visit Making A Difference

4. If you have a small business, consider being a #smallbusinessstar and signing up to support Seashell via Work For Good with a % or £ donation from every sale. We will promote your business in return so it is win/win!

5. Allow our children and young people to brighten up your Christmas decorations this year by buying a handmade wreath made by them. Download an order form from the bottom of the page and send to wendy.bray@seashelltrust.org.uk

6. Be #XmasPartyHeroes by encouraging your place of work to donate the money they had in the budget for the Christmas Party to Seashell. Contact wendy.bray@seashelltrust.org.uk to get involved.

7. Be in with the chance of winning some amazing prizes through our Christmas raffle. Tickets are £1 each and come in books of five. Contact emma.roberts@seashelltrust.org.uk for a book(s).

8. Vote for Seashell to win £1,000 in the Ecclesiastical Twelve Days of Christmas campaign.

Just click on the link and choose Seashell Trust under disability charity. It take seconds to do!

9. Do your own Christmas fundraising for us. It could be anything from a Christmas Clobber day at work (you could all even festive up your masks!), a mince pie bake off or sale or organising your own socially distant Santa Run to asking your place of work to tweet about us on #GivingTuesday on 1st December.

10. Pledge to fundraise for us as part of our #BringItOn2021 fundraising. Everyone wants to see the back of this challenging year so we’re encouraging everyone to make a very positive start to the new year with a fundraising challenge. It could be a fitness or healthkick or just keeping a resolution or learning something new. So long as there is a fundraising element, we’re happy! Contact dianne.gill@seashelltrust.org.uk to register or for more ideas.

Or simply make a donation this Christmas to support the children and young people at Seashell after what has been a very difficult year #GiveBack2020
