Debbie is Registered Manager for Young Adults' Services at Seashell Trust

Debbie has been working at Seashell Trust since 2011.  She has 20 years experience working with individuals who have epilepsy, learning difficulties, autism, and communication and behavioural difficulties. 

Debbie has achieved NVQ Level 4 in Care and Management, BTEC Diploma in Social Care, D32 Assessors Awards, British Sign Language Level 1 and a group training award.  She has completed a BILD accredited instructor's course in behaviour management and trains and guides staff supporting individuals who present behaviour difficulties.  Other relevant qualifications include IOSH certificate in Health and Safety, Infection Control Level 2, CACHE/administration of medication, First Aid at Work, Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty, Safeguarding Children and Young people SAC Cert, Equality and Diversity and Safer Recruitment.
